Our commitments
Personal data & GDPR
Understand the use of the institutional site, the proposed product frameworks and your information.
A documented framework
GDPR means General Data Protection Regulation, the EU personal data framework. The institutional site’s notices describe intended purposes, relevant information, legal bases, recipients, retention and ways to exercise rights. They must be completed against the actual organisation and hosting. Publishing a policy is not a certification of compliance.
Institutional contact and recruitment
Contact requests and applications are separate workflows. Applications are private administration records with an optional encrypted PDF file; contact requests are routed to the configured mailbox in live mode. There is no automatic marketing subscription, candidate ranking or two-year talent pool.
Each product needs its own assessment
Healthcare data, pupil information, recruitment profiles and partner records have different contexts and risks. Before a product pilot uses real information, the parties must identify the applicable laws, roles, contracts, hosting and safeguards. European GDPR documentation alone does not establish compliance with Côte d’Ivoire’s requirements.
Exercise your rights
Use the privacy contact for a request about your information. The controller must assess the request under the applicable rules and may ask for proportionate verification. WordPress personal-data tools are connected to application records; the administrator can provide the original optional CV securely or erase the application.
