Understand the use of the institutional site, the proposed product frameworks and your information.
Scope and controller
This notice concerns the ORIGO EVERWORKS institutional website and its contact, partnership and recruitment functions. The legal publisher shown in the completed legal notice is the intended controller. The individual products require their own confirmed notices and contractual arrangements; this page does not certify those applications as compliant.
Contact purposes and legal bases
Contact information is used to respond to the request, prepare a requested demonstration or examine a partnership. The intended legal basis is precontractual steps requested by the person where applicable, or the publisher’s legitimate interest in responding to professional enquiries. Security and abuse prevention rely on a proportionate legitimate interest. These choices must be confirmed by the actual publisher before live collection. The partnership expression-of-interest form uses professional identity, organisation, country, partnership type, product interest and the proposed contribution to review a potential collaboration. It does not create partner membership.
Information collected
The contact form requests name, email, topic and message; the detailed form also asks for organisation and country, with optional budget and timeline. Recruitment uses its separate notice. Required fields are marked; without them the request cannot be processed. Do not send medical information, pupil records, identity documents or other unnecessary sensitive data through a contact request.
Recipients, hosting and transfers
Only authorised people and the processors necessary to the configured service should access the information. The hosting provider, email provider, subprocessor list, locations and any international transfer safeguards must be identified for the actual hosting. The theme does not send data to a font, analytics or advertising service.
Retention
In staging, a valid contact test is not emailed or retained by the theme. On a validation or delivery error, fields may be retained for up to ten minutes for restoration. Temporary keyed hashes limit repeated requests. Live contact messages go to the configured mailbox; the publisher must set a concrete mailbox retention and deletion rule before activation. Recruitment retention is specified separately.
Rights and complaints
Depending on the processing and applicable law, a person may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and may withdraw consent where it is the basis used. Requests are addressed to the privacy contact. Additional proportionate information may be needed to verify the request. A complaint may be made to the competent supervisory authority, including the CNIL in France.
Automated decisions and security
The institutional website does not rank candidates or make automated hiring decisions. Appropriate access, transport, backup, incident and retention arrangements must be verified on the deployed hosting. The presence of these pages is documentation, not evidence that an independent security or compliance audit has been completed.
