Understand the use of the institutional site, the proposed product frameworks and your information.
Purpose and relevant information
Applications are used to examine the opportunity selected or a spontaneous expression of interest. Name, email, professional interests and a short message are requested; a professional portfolio link and a PDF CV are optional. Do not provide health, family, belief, banking or identity-document information. A candidate does not need to provide a photograph or date of birth.
Legal basis and human review
The intended basis for examining an application is taking precontractual steps at the candidate’s request; limited security processing is based on a proportionate legitimate interest. The actual publisher must confirm the basis before opening real applications. Applications are reviewed by authorised people. No ranking, automated rejection or decision based solely on an algorithm is implemented by this module.
Access and optional CV
Application records are private in WordPress and restricted to site administrators. Optional PDF CVs are limited to 1 MiB, encrypted in the database and downloaded through a permission-checked administration endpoint; they are not placed in the public media library. The operational encryption key, hosting, backups and access controls still require deployment verification. No CV is attached to notification emails.
Retention and deletion
The module’s proposed policy deletes an application at the earliest of six months after submission or three months after it is marked closed. Staging test applications are deleted after seven days. Daily cleanup depends on the hosting’s scheduled WordPress tasks and must be verified. There is no automatic two-year talent pool or reuse for marketing. Separately justified legal archiving, if needed, requires an approved policy outside this default workflow.
Your choices and requests
Required fields allow the application to be examined. The optional CV can be omitted. The privacy acknowledgement is not permission for unrelated reuse. Contact the privacy address to request access, correction or deletion; the administrator can use WordPress personal-data tools and the private file endpoint to respond. You may complain to the competent authority. No promise of an interview or employment is made by submitting a spontaneous application.
